For a sixty year old boat this boat seems to run and ride great. Recently repowered, the Twin Volvo Penta's with direct drives started right up and allowed easy cruising at 19 mph. Plenty of life left with only 680+ hrs on engines.
The hull is double planked mahogany that was lovingly refastened in the early 2000's, just had the bottom painted last year, seems to be in great shape with no water in the bilges.
New Carpeting and sleeper sofa have been purchased for boat and will be installed in the salon soon.
Boat is mechanically and structurally sound. Needs a little varnish, some paint and teak oil on the beautiful decks.
There doesn't appear to be any wood to replace on the whole boat!
