Accommodations
This beautiful custom built boat provides great accommodations inside and out. The current owner commissioned the construction in 2002 and had a great deal to say about the design fit and finish which was done by Williams Marine and the owner before her launch in 2004. The side decks are wide and have good handrail access. The cabin top and foredeck are accommodating as well. There is a substantial bow rail extending aft to where the cabin ends and cockpit starts. The 15'5" beam is felt throughout especially in the cockpit. Space is not an issue. The cabin roof extends over the cockpit to provide protection from the elements. There is a lot of room for boat chairs and she comes with four two of them cushioned. There is a large refrigerator/freezer box that has a seat cushion. There is a helm on the starboard side of the cockpit. The yacht has custom steps constructed of aluminum. The engine boxes were shaped as comfortable seats with cushions. There are two large access hatches for additional storage and the ability to get to the mechanical systems. The salon is entered through a centerline door from the cockpit. The galley is immediately to starboard. The L-shaped settee with dining table is to port. There are custom made area rugs that protect the teak and holly sole. The inside helm is forward to starboard with teak wheel and Stidd pedestal chair as well as a matching Stidd chair to port both with overhead hatches. The large side windows open as do the aft windows to provide great ventilation. These windows are tinted to keep the salon cool. There is a large storage area beneath the salon sole easily accessed through a large hatch down steps leading to the compartment. There is a bulkhead to separate the engine compartment from this storage area. The large TV rotates so that it can be seen from the cockpit. Going forward down a couple of steps to starboard is the large head compartment with Corian topped vanity with Grohe faucets large wall mounted mirror electric head and good storage space and then to port is the seperate shower stall with seat and Moen shower system. Remarks
This beautiful Chesapeake Bay Style yacht was custom built for personal use without regard to cost to a very high-end yacht fit and finish with all of the best equipment available. The hull was built by Carman Boatbuilders to United States Coast Guard specifications for commercial passenger carrying vessels. This is the perfect day boat/family yacht or great Chesapeake or ICW cruiser for a couple with it's Island Berth single stateroom. The availabilty of this beautiful yacht represents a great opportunity at an very fair price considering that to reproduce it with the same fit finish and equipment the cost would be in the $[removed phone] to $[removed phone] range and this estimate can be easily verified. Anyone who is seriously considering the purchase of a Downeast or Eastbay style yacht should take a very close look at the specifications and pictures of this Custom Bay Built. More pictures are available upon request. The owner will consider trading down in size for a smaller "high quality" vessel - either power or sail! Stored under cover in North East Maryland and easy to see anytime in any weather!
